At Boar Terrier Kennel, dogs are our passion.  They always have and always will be. With a combined experience of 20 years of breeding we know how to select a good working dog.

Through our intense breeding program we strive to bring out the best traits in the working terrier. Our breed master is a scientist and scholar. Each dog is vigoroursly tested for prey drive, gameness early maturation and workability. If a dog doesn't possess the qualities we want in our line, they are not bred. You don't need to worry about getting a dog without drive. All of our dogs are unconditionally guaranteed to hunt.

Each breeding is planned years in advance with the intent of pushing the limits of the working terrier. We started our kennel with solid, foundation dogs. Our jagdterriers come from import lines from breeders with similar testing standards. Currently we own import dogs from Germany, Bulgaria and Serbia.

In addition to breeding for general drive, we specialize in dogs with the  grit and guts to shut down even the nastiest hogs. Our jagdterriers are bred as silent trackers. They will honor bay, but are gritty enough to stop running hogs.
